Everything here is general information about land surveying in Missouri. It is not legal advice, not engineering advice, and not a survey. Boundary determination depends on records, monuments and professional judgment applied to a specific parcel, and only a licensed surveyor can do that.
Springfield Land Surveyor is a referral service. We hold no Missouri land surveying license and no corporate certificate of authority, and we do not perform survey work. Missouri law reserves that work for licensed Professional Land Surveyors and firms holding a certificate of authority.
Any agreement you reach with a surveyor we refer you to is between you and them. We are not a party to it and we do not warrant their work, pricing or availability. Surveyors may pay us for referrals.
Price ranges on this site are orientation drawn from typical market pricing. They are not quotes.
Setbacks, review processes, fees and flood maps all change. Where we describe a local requirement, verify it with the relevant jurisdiction before relying on it for a real project.
We link to government agencies and other outside sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
